You've Decided on Fertility Treatment, and You're Not Leaving Anything to Chance
You’ve invested a lot of time, money, and energy into this process — the appointments, cycle tracking, ovulation tests, and hope followed by gutting disappointment.
Maybe you’re been trying for the better part of a year (or more).
Or you received a diagnosis, did the math, and went straight to IVF.
You might be well into this process with embryos you’ve worked hard to get, and now you’re gearing up for your transfer.
The path that brought you here looks different for everyone. But you’re here, and you’re not the type to just show up and hope for the best.
So much of this process is out of your hands. But you also know there are variables that are in your control to a degree, and you’re scared to eff it up without realizing it.
You know nutrition matters. What you're less sure about is what that actually looks like when you're staring down an egg retrieval or a transfer, asking questions like…
Is "eating healthy" the same as eating for fertility?
Should I be eating — or eliminating — anything specific?
And does what I do in the next few weeks actually make a difference at this point, or is it too late to matter?
It’s not too late, not even close.
Research shows that reducing inflammation can improve fertility outcomes, impacting egg quality, hormones, and implantation.
The right changes to your nutrition, lifestyle, and toxin exposure — made even in the weeks before your next cycle — can make a difference in how your body responds to treatment.
You need a trusted guide to tell you what to do so you’re not wasting time spiraling down a black hole on the internet, questioning if what you’re reading is even accurate.
That’s what the IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive is for.
"I can't express my gratitude to Jillian. Working together has been the best step I could have taken to helping myself achieve what I thought was unachievable."

What Changes When You Have a Clear Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan Before Your Cycle
✔ A body that feels prepared — less inflammation and key nutrient stores for healthier eggs and a better chance for implantation to stick.
✔ Less mental load — no more piecing things together from Google, Reddit, and three different podcasts that all say something different.
✔ Confidence that you've done everything you can — so you can walk into your cycle knowing you didn't leave anything on the table.
✔ An expert to just tell you what to do rather than "I think I should probably do this…" — because science-backed nutrition guidance and a solid plan that fits your real life is the gold standard, not random TikTok advice.
This Is For You If You…
Have a retrieval or transfer coming up in the next few weeks or months, and you want to optimize your nutrition in a way that feels doable long-term.
Are already navigating a full treatment schedule and need focused, efficient support that fits around it — not another lengthy commitment on top of everything else.
Have been trying to piece together fertility nutrition advice on your own and you're ready to just have an expert tell you what actually matters and is worth your time (and what isn’t)
Want to walk into this cycle knowing you did everything within your control.
This Intensive Probably Isn't For You If…
You're earlier in your journey and have a longer runway for deeper nutrition support.
In that case, Fueling Your Fertility (my 3-month program) will give you more breathing room to make meaningful, lasting changes to your egg health, overall nutrition, and relationship with food.

Meet Your Fertility Nutrition Coach
Hey there! I’m Jillian Beck-Rogers.
I know how it feels when you’ve been trying to get pregnant for a while and things haven’t gone the way you hoped.
You’re exhausted. Discouraged. Maybe even a little jaded.
You do the tracking, supplements, hopeful whisper-prayers…and every month it’s another (upsetting) negative pregnancy test tossed in the trash.
You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and spent hours piecing together advice from your doctors and ChatGPT until your head’s spinning.
You know you should “eat healthy,” but what does that actually mean when it comes to fertility?
Wouldn’t it be amazing if someone just told you what to do so you could stop second-guessing every single thing you put in your mouth?
That’s where I come in!
For three years I supported all types of clients struggling with health issues including emotional eating, stress, low energy, diabetes, and weight management. Many of these were women who also happen to be focusing on their health in preparation for having a baby, whether naturally, through IVF, or trying again after loss.
That’s when I realized there was a true need for deeper support during this chapter of life.
What moved the needle was improving their relationship with food — not only optimizing what and how they were eating, but also healing their emotional connection to food.
Between my own TTC journey and the nutrition gaps I kept seeing in the fertility space, I decided to deepen my training as a Certified Perinatal Nutrition Expert. That only reinforced how critical it is for women to receive thoughtful, comprehensive nutrition support during this window because “just take a prenatal” advice barely scratches the surface.
Now, I’ve combined years of client success with research-backed fertility nutrition guidance to help women take back some control on a journey that often feels like it’s happening to them.
That’s what we’ll do inside the IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive — your fast track for fertility nutrition and lifestyle support designed to get your body ready for your next egg retrieval or embryo transfer.
Pick a time for your 90-Minute Deep Dive and let's get started. No consultation call required.

FAQs
About the IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive
-
The IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive is a shorter, more condensed version of some of the key nutrition strategies we cover inside the 3-month Fueling Your Fertility program, built for women who have a transfer or retrieval on the near horizon and need focused support on a tighter timeline.
Fueling Your Fertility goes deeper: optimizing your nutrition for fertility and long-term health and helping you build a healthier relationship with food. The 3-month program is a better option if you want a little more breathing room in between calls to implement so the habits you create last well beyond this cycle.
If you’re not sure which program is best for you, email jillian@jillianhealthandwellness.com and we can set up a free 15-minute call to help you decide.
-
No, you can book your IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive without a consultation. Book the first 90-minute Deep Dive call here and we’ll schedule the rest of your follow up calls as we go.
If you have questions you’d like answered before booking, you're welcome to email jillian@jillianhealthandwellness.com and we can set up a free 15-minute call.
-
No worries! We'll work around it. Your follow-up calls are flexible and can be rescheduled as your treatment timeline shifts.
-
Both. The nutrition foundations and lifestyle modifications we cover are key to reducing inflammation and relevant for anyone preparing for an assisted reproductive cycle.
-
Yes, and here's why: healthy eating and fertility-focused eating aren't necessarily the same thing. There's a lot of noise in the health and wellness industry about what's considered "healthy," and some of those practices can actually work against fertility. The shifts we focus on here are specific to what your body needs before and during an IVF cycle — not just eating "cleaner," but eating smarter for fertility.
We also go beyond nutrition and look at toxin exposure and lifestyle changes that can make a big difference.
-
Probably! While taking a prenatal supplement is important for fertility and prenatal care, it’s not a replacement for whole foods. Think of food as the cake, and supplements as the icing that fills in small gaps. Proper nutrition beyond a prenatal is especially important if you have conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, chronic inflammation, or high blood sugar.
-
This isn't meant to add a hundred more things to your plate. You're already eating every day — this just helps make sure it's working for you instead of against you during this important window. The goal is to calm the mental load of "am I doing this right?" so you're not spending energy worrying about it on top of everything else.
In total, you're looking at one 90-minute call to start, then three 25-minute follow up calls spread across 4-6 weeks (or scheduled around your treatment timeline). Everything is virtual and built to fit around your appointments, not compete with them.
-
Absolutely not. The IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive is designed to complement your medical care, not replace it. I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions — I fill in the gap your clinic doesn't have the time or bandwidth to address: what you're eating, how it's supporting your cycle, and how to reduce the things that might be working against it.
-
Think of this less as another appointment and more as a supportive partnership for this specific window of time. Other practitioners can also offer insight and recommendations, but what’s different about my programs is the focus on practical implementation (ie: how to consistently fit cooking and meal planning into your week so you’re not ordering takeout).
I’m not just handing you information that you need to figure out how to apply to your life on your own. We’ll work together on making changes to your diet and lifestyle that fit into your real life and treatment schedule.
-
No one can promise a specific outcome for your fertility treatment (I wish that were possible). But what I can promise is you’ll walk away with a clear, specific plan for what to eat and avoid in the time you have, instead of a head full of conflicting advice and "should I be doing this?" By the time your cycle starts, you'll know you gave your body what it needed, regardless of the outcome.
-
That possibility is part of why doing this work matters, whatever happens next. The foundations we build — reducing inflammation, more consistent blood sugar balance, better nutrient stores — aren't specific to one cycle. They carry forward into whatever comes after, whether that's a future transfer, a different protocol, or eventually a pregnancy. Nothing you do here is wasted.
-
If you want continued support after the IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive, you have the option to continue with month-to-month coaching at $167/month. With that you get a private 25-minute call each month plus weekly check-ins for support and accountability.
Most clients choose to continue with this lighter level of support to help them stay on track and continue making progress.

You have two payment options for the IVF Prep Nutrition Intensive:
You've Done the Research. Now You Need a Plan.
When I think back to the early days of trying to conceive, I didn't know what I didn't know about this process — the appointments, the waiting, what was normal and what wasn't, how to make sense of it all while still living my life.
Nutrition and lifestyle were the areas I felt confident in. But even then, I was piecing together other information late at night on my own, hoping I was focusing on the right things.
“Just relax and give it some time”...
“Read this book"...
“Listen to that podcast"...
It’s all well-meaning advice, but I didn't have time to waste. And given that you’re preparing for your next IVF cycle, you don’t have time to waste either.
What you need isn't more information to sort through on your own. You need someone to help you optimize the factors you actually have control over — your nutrition, lifestyle, and toxin exposure — and put it into practice in your real life.
That's exactly what I'm here for, and I’d love to support you.
