That’s when I realized there was a true need for deeper support during this chapter of life.

What moved the needle was improving their relationship with food — not only optimizing what and how they were eating, but also healing their emotional connection to food. 

Between my own TTC journey and the nutrition gaps I kept seeing in the fertility space, I decided to deepen my training as a Certified Perinatal Nutrition Expert. That only reinforced how critical it is for women to receive thoughtful, comprehensive nutrition support during this window — because “just take a prenatal” advice barely scratches the surface.

Questions you might have before deciding “SIGN ME UP!”

  • This program is for women (or anyone with a uterus) who are trying to conceive and want to improve their fertility through optimized nutrition for better chances of a healthy pregnancy and future baby.

  • Not at all. This program supports women trying to conceive naturally, with IVF or IUI, or trying again after loss. The foundation is the same regardless of the path you’re on, but I may make personalized suggestions based on your unique health history.

  • Nutrition is often overlooked because it seems too simple — we often think the answer should be more obscure in order to make a significant impact. The reality is though, many Americans are living with chronic conditions that impact health as well as fertility. 

    Most doctors also don’t have the time or capacity to offer in-depth nutrition advice to their patients, so it often gets overlooked. Just taking a prenatal supplement isn’t enough, especially if you have conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, chronic inflammation, or high blood sugar. 

    This is a very personalized, high-touch experience where you get plenty of time with me to ask questions, work through challenges, get things done in real time, and create momentum in your day-to-day routine.

  • Probably! While taking a prenatal supplement is important for fertility and prenatal care, it’s not a replacement for whole foods. Think of food as the cake, and supplements as the icing that fills in small gaps. Proper nutrition beyond a prenatal is especially important if you have conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, chronic inflammation, or high blood sugar.

  • This isn’t meant to add a hundred more things on your to-do list. You’re already eating everyday, but this program helps you optimize what you’re already spending time doing so that it’s working for you and not against you. My goal is to help you reduce decision fatigue and calm the constant mental load of “am I doing this right?” so you’re not wasting time and energy worrying or wondering if you’re doing the right things. 

    Coaching calls are 2x per month for three months (typically same day/time every other week) for one hour. It might take some time adjusting to new habits and routines in the beginning because they’re new to you, but over time they’ll become second nature.

  • Probably — and here’s why:

    Healthy eating and fertility-focused eating aren’t necessarily the same thing. There’s a lot of noise in the health and wellness industry about what’s considered “healthy,” and some of those practices can harm fertility. 

    The shifts we make together inside Fueling Your Fertility can have a meaningful impact on hormones, egg quality, inflammation, and energy — even if you already eat well. It’s not just about eating “cleaner,” it’s about eating smarter for fertility.

    We can talk about it more in a free Fertility Clarity Call to help you decide if the program is right for you.

  • Think of this less as another appointment and more as a partnership.Many practitioners (including nutritionists and therapists) offer valuable insight, but the support often stops at the appointment. When real life happens in between visits, you’re left to figure out how to apply the advice on your own.

    Fueling Your Fertility is intentionally more hands-on. You’ll have personal check-ins from me each week, plus text/voice note access to me between calls so you’re supported in the moment, not weeks later. We focus on habit change and integrating small, doable shifts into your everyday routines (not just sharing information and hoping it sticks).

    In addition to nutrition guidance (ie reducing inflammation, increasing nutrient stores, creating a healthy emotional relationship with food, and more), we’ll also integrate lifestyle shifts like exercise and stress management, so you have a well-rounded, holistic approach to improve fertility.

  • Absolutely not  — this program is designed to complement your medical care, not replace it. I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, but I work alongside whatever care you’re already receiving to support your fertility through nutrition, lifestyle, and habit-building — areas that often get overlooked in traditional medical settings.

  • You’re never too early or too late to get started. Even in just three months, you can make meaningful improvements in egg health and overall fertility. Supporting your body sooner rather than later helps optimize nutrient status, hormone balance, and stress resilience — benefits that matter at every stage of your journey.

  • While no one can promise a specific pregnancy outcome, most women walk away with something just as important: clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control in a process that often feels overwhelming.

  • Absolutely! We adjust the plan to focus on supporting early pregnancy health while keeping your routines realistic and sustainable. The goal shifts from fertility optimization to nourishing your body for a healthy pregnancy.

    You’ll also have the option to continue with month-to-month coaching after the 3-month program if you want continued support and accountability to keep making progress, whether you’re still TTC or pregnant.
