As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help women preparing for motherhood uncover what to eat, how to make movement a natural part of their routine, and strategies to stress less so they can feel strong, healthy, and prepared for pregnancy and motherhood.

Because let’s be honest…the path to motherhood can be both beautiful AND overwhelming.

As I’ve worked with many different clients, I noticed that many of them were coming to me not only because they wanted to improve their health for themselves, but also for the sake of their family that they wanted to create or expand.

Women embarking on becoming a mom for the first time, wanting to feel strong enough to carry a baby and have a better chance of recovery afterwards.

Women who have gone through years of failed IVF attempts, realizing they need healthier sustainable habits not only during treatment but also for those “in between” times.

Women who already have kids realizing they’re picking up on their unhealthy habits and wanting to break the cycle.

I was so inspired by these clients that I decided to narrow my focus and provide holistic support so more women can feel physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy on their motherhood journey.

My goal is to help you feel your best BEFORE you even get pregnant, so that *fingers crossed* you feel good DURING, and then carry those healthy habits through postpartum.

  • You have one year to schedule your first 1:1 call with me. From there, you have 6 weeks of my support, including 3 private coaching sessions and text/email support in between calls. 

    The entire 3-session coaching experience occurs over a 6-week period to help you build momentum while having space in between our sessions to implement. 

  • All (3) private coaching calls will be scheduled directly with the Client after booking. The Client will receive an email from me within 48 hours after booking with a link to schedule their first call. 

    I try to accommodate schedules and time zones as best as I can, but please note my coaching hours for The Healthy Mom Jumpstart are typically between 9am-7pm PST (Los Angeles time zone) Monday through Friday.

  • Yes, only because I know from experience that in order to help my Clients make progress, they need a deadline. To help you reach your goals faster, you have one year to schedule your first 1:1 call with me. From there, you have 6 weeks of my support, including 3 private coaching sessions and text/email support in between calls. 

  • I also offer month-to-month coaching for $367/month if you want a more comprehensive coaching experience through my entire program. 

    If you start with The Healthy Mom Jumpstart and decide you want to continue working together after the 3 sessions, we can transition into month-to-month coaching so you can keep working towards your goals and have the personalized support you need.
