That’s why as a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help women preparing for motherhood get into a healthier routine with food, movement, and stress so they can feel strong, healthy, and prepared for pregnancy and motherhood.
I specialize in supporting women who turn to food for comfort during the emotional ups and downs of fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum. I help them improve their nutrition not just practically but also emotionally — because knowing what to eat isn’t always enough to change the behavior. My goal is to help women feel empowered and at peace around food, without needing to rely on it to feel better.
