As a Fertility Nutrition & Wellness Coach, I help women who’ve been trying to get pregnant improve their fertility with the right nutrition and lifestyle habits so they can take back some control and increase their chances of a healthy pregnancy.
I bring both lived experience and science-based strategy to my coaching, blending emotional support with practical tools inside my signature food-first program, Fueling Your Fertility.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me out and about in Los Angeles, probably rocking a crop top at my local climbing gym, or hanging out with my husband and adorable Cavapoo, Lulu.
