Month after month of ovulation tests and negative pregnancy tests, wondering if/when it’s going to happen for you.

Hey there! I’m Jillian.
Former fashion industry pro turned fertility nutrition coach. Obsessed with rock climbing, almond-coconut lattes, and my Cavapoo, Lulu.
But more “officially”…
I’m a Fertility Nutrition & Wellness Coach helping women who’ve been trying to get pregnant improve their fertility with the right nutrition and lifestyle habits so they can take back some control and increase their chances of a healthy pregnancy.
For years I supported all types of clients with health challenges including emotional eating, stress, low energy, diabetes, and weight management. Many were women who also happen to be focusing on their health in preparation for having a baby, whether naturally, through IVF, or trying again after loss.
That’s when I realized there was a true need for deeper support during this chapter of life.
The women who saw the biggest shifts weren’t just changing what they ate, they were also improving their relationship with food and building sustainable habits.
Between my own TTC journey and the nutrition gaps I kept seeing in the fertility space, I decided to deepen my training as a Certified Perinatal Nutrition Expert. That only reinforced how critical it is for women to receive thoughtful, comprehensive nutrition support during this window — because “just take a prenatal” advice barely scratches the surface.
Now, I’ve combined real client success with research-backed fertility nutrition guidance inside my program, Fueling Your Fertility to help women take back some control on a journey that often feels like it’s happening to them.
