“I’ve had a ‘bad’ relationship with food for 35 years. I would hide whilst eating ‘bad’ food and try every diet possible. I was miserable and just gained more and more weight as the time went by.
Since working with Jillian, I’m thoughtful about my behavior with food. I’m now able to trust myself when it comes to what foods to eat. I no longer see ‘good’ and ‘bad’ food.
If I crave a doughnut I am thoughtful about where and what flavor I want. When I get it I sit and eat it slowly, proud. Not stuffing it down quickly and hiding away any evidence of it.”

Why join this workshop?
We all have our go-to comfort foods — potato chips, cookies, chocolate, bread, wine maybe…
The thing is, there’s nothing wrong with indulging in those foods from time to time — food is MEANT to be enjoyed!
But if it’s becoming a habit where the negatives are outweighing the positive, then it might be time to upgrade those habits to something more sustainable.
There’s a reason for these cravings, and they’re not bad. You just have to know how to “decode” them so you can feel satisfied without going overboard or feeling guilty.
I get it — you just want to:
➤ Get to a place where food doesn’t dominate your thoughts 24/7, and you can put that energy into your family, work, and other things you care about instead.
➤ Stop feeling like crap from that all-or-nothing mindset and enjoy the experience of food without guilt or shame.
➤ Model for your children what a healthy relationship with food is like so they don’t struggle with it later on.
That’s why I’m thrilled to share with you the proven method my clients and I use to satisfy cravings in a healthier way that goes beyond “eat this, not that” so you can enjoy food without guilt and have more energy, balance and joy in your busy life.
This workshop is for you if you’re…
✓ Relying on food to feel better emotionally (or at least until the guilt and shame kick in and the question “why did I eat that??” starts swirling around in your head)
✓ Reaching for the potato chips, cookies, and wine as part of your daily wind-down routine…but it’s becoming a bad habit you can’t seem to shake.
✓ Craving a healthier relationship with food not only for yourself, but also so you can model healthy habits for your child in the hopes they don’t struggle with food later on.
✓ Tired of the all-or-nothing mindset & want a more balanced approach to food.
✓ Wanting someone on your side as you get healthier and learn to deal with stress in healthier ways (ones that don’t involve reaching for a glass of wine & a bag of potato chips every time)

Hey there!
I’m Jillian.
Former fashion industry pro turned Health Coach. Obsessed with rock climbing, almond-coconut lattes, and my Cavapoo, Lulu.
But more “officially”…
As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I help women preparing for motherhood build healthier routines with food, movement, and stress so they can feel strong, healthy, and prepared for pregnancy and motherhood.
I specialize in supporting women who turn to food for comfort during the emotional ups and downs of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. My approach goes beyond just telling you what to eat — I help you shift your relationship with food on both a practical and emotional level, so you can feel at peace around food without needing it to cope.
I GET comfort eating — caffeine and sugar used to be my “just get me through the day” escape when I worked in the corporate fashion industry. Learning to nourish myself (instead of just “get through the day”) in a high stress environment — and discovering the empowering joy of movement through rock climbing, even though I never saw myself as athletic — showed me what true balance and transformation can look like.
Over time, I realized that so many of my clients weren’t just focused on their health for themselves — they were thinking about the families they were creating or growing.
➤ First-time moms who wanted to feel strong enough to carry a pregnancy and recover with confidence.
➤ Women navigating IVF, realizing they need healthier sustainable habits not only during treatment but also for those “in between” times.
➤ Moms who saw their kids picking up on their habits and wanting to break the cycle by modeling what a healthy relationship with food is like so they don’t struggle with it later on.
These women lit me up so much that I decided to focus my work on supporting women from preconception into early motherhood — helping them feel their healthiest every step of the way.
“One thing I’ve taken to heart that you’ve said is I do think about it — I bought a jar of cookies which are my absolute favorite, but I deliberately moved them to a place that’s inconvenient so I have to really think about it.
Now when I want a cookie, I notice I ask myself, ‘Do I really want that cookie right now?’ Sometimes yes I really do, but other times I go ‘No, but I think I could go for another snack.’
Before I never thought about the cookies, but now I make a conscious decision.”
